Diet Chart

NOTE: Fast food, hard spices, protein supplements, meat products (including egg), outside food, packed food (bread, biscuits, etc.), black mustard oil, refined oil, and all intoxicants like alcohol, cigarettes, and other drugs are strictly forbidden.

Meal Time Details
Empty Stomach (Awaken) A glass of hot water (at 6 AM) and exercise (morning walk, yoga, pranayama). Then take 500 gm of mixed fruits: Papaya (250 gm), One Apple, Two Kiwi (at 7 AM).
Breakfast Herbal breakfast: Oats, soya bean, boiled vegetables, sprouts, cereals, paneer (once a week) (at 9 AM).
Prior to Lunch (Before Lunch) 250 gm of salad (minimum 3 types: cucumber, onion, beetroot, carrot, radish, lettuce) (at 12 PM).
Lunch Healthy food cooked at home (at 1 PM).
Evening Snacks Hunza tea (check recipe on YouTube) with 60-70 gm dry fruits (walnut, raisins, almond, pista) (at 4-5 PM).
Prior to Dinner (Before Dinner) Repeat 250 gm salad (at 8 PM).
Dinner Home food (less in amount), followed by a glass of milk (at 9 PM).

Liquid Intake: Water and juices around 3-4 litres per day.
Oils: 500 ml per month (only olive or yellow mustard oil).
